My hope was to make these cupcakes for St. Patrick's Day, but, uh, that didn't happen. :) Instead, we put our own girlie twist on them and used the neon gel food coloring that I already had ... bright purple, green, orange and pink. Fun, fun! Briley loves to help in the kitchen, so, she had a blast. Avery even had her turn in placing the cupcake liners into the pans ... and taste testing, of course.

You didn't say they were RAINBOW cupcakes. Now I really wish you HAD brought them to the park. :)
