Briley's 1st Baseball Game!

Sunday afternoon, we took Briley to see the Gwinnett Braves. And, yes, it was hot, but after a frozen strawberry lemonade treat, a snow cone, dip-n-dots, a water and a free Italian ice from Rita's on our way out of Lawrenceville, I think we managed well! :o) Briley didn't know what to think of everything at first and was a bit clingy, but the mascots eventually caught her eye and she followed their every mooove. She still wasn't interested in hugging the Chick-fil -A cows though ... A "hey" from a distant suited her just fine. It was fun, but we've decided our next game will be a night game and possibly in the fall! Oh, almost forgot to mention that Briley made the big screen/score board screen/mega screen (whatever they call it!). She had no clue, and her daddy didn't realize it until it was too late, but pretty cool with it being her very first baseball game!
